The businesswoman, chef, and author slays the frontpage of Haute Beauty by Haute Living, where she opens up about her marriage to Stephen Curry, how she keeps him on his toes, how her kids make her feel beautiful, and her first memories in her mother’s beauty salon.

Curry opened up about how she and Steph gravitated to each other while she was pursuing her acting career. “I would love to act again,” she said. “I remember him bringing me to his college and saying, ‘This is my girlfriend; she’s an actress.’ I want him to keep feeling that way; I’ve got to keep him on his toes! And now he’s the actor guy. But he’s also my biggest supporter in that space. He’s like, ‘do it, do it!’” Speaking of acting, Curry had no problem fangirling over her favorite actress Angelina Jolie, and the cult classic film Girl, Interrupted. “It’s such a departure from my day to day, and maybe that’s why I like it so much,” she said.

The popular influencer, wife, mother, and celebrity friend is living a real-life fairytale. She married her longtime love who is one of the NBA greats. And together they have built an empire while maintaining their family dynamic. Romance and sweet compliments surely help. “My girls especially make me feel beautiful. They’re loaded with compliments, and that’s always such a cup filler-upper. My husband, too, always fills me with sweet nothings and compliments. He always makes me feel beautiful,” she explained.

The concept of beauty is something she experienced from a young age watching her mother take on 10 to 12 clients in her along in Canada.  “I would sit and answer the phones for her, watching clients come in and out. Oftentimes, a lot of them would come in frustrated or frazzled from whatever they were experiencing before they crossed the threshold into her basement salon… but they would leave entirely different people. And what I would notice is that my mom wasn’t only making them feel beautiful on the outside, but she was also making them feel good on the inside, too.”
