In the world of finance, Ashia Thompson is a name that professionals respect. After attending subpar educational retreats in the past, Thompson birthed Top Tier International Tours to connect like-minded individuals.

“I realized there was a need for well-curated events where clients and other high-achieving individuals could truly connect, network, and grow together,” Thompson tells us. “There’s truth in the saying, “It’s lonely at the top.” My goal is to alleviate that loneliness by providing a space where the one percenters can build meaningful relationships and share valuable insights in a luxurious and supportive environment.”

The 2024 Dubai retreat is set to be a remarkable experience. Attendees can look forward to “a range of activities and workshops designed to blend education with luxury experiences,” she shared. Previously, Top Tier International Tours maintained an invite-only guest list. However, Thompson is now opening the retreat to the public. The reason? To give individuals the opportunity to connect with experts and professionals they don’t regularly have access to.
