Gucci Mane’s former artist Mac Bre-Z has filed a lawsuit against him, alleging domestic violence and unpaid wages.

Bre-Z took to social media Monday (November 4) to make the allegations against her former boss public.

You can see the Instagram post below.

In the caption of the club photo posted by Bre-Z, she claims that she still hasn’t been paid for certain writing credits. “They say you changed for the better,” she wrote. “So Why haven’t you done the right thing & just compensate me for everything I’m entitled to? Everybody eating off these records but me.”

Bre-Z then went on to accuse Gucci Mane of domestic violence while they were together. “I never did a tell all & exposed any stories about your personal life over the 6yrs we were together. When you punched me in the face I could’ve snitched & had you arrested while you was on bond for the murder case of Jeezy artist.”

She concluded the post by saying, “Enough is Enough. Times Up. I’m coming for what’s rightfully mine. Respectfully.”

Gucci has yet to publicly respond.

This news comes after Guwop cut ties with nearly all of the artists on his label, 1017 Records, which he founded in 2007. In an Instagram post last month (October 17), Gucci cited his P&L statement (profit and loss) as the reason why he was releasing all but two of the 1017 artists.

“Let’s just make the unselfish decision,” he said in the video.  “and let them take they talents elsewhere.”

This is a developing story. Please check back for updates.
