The renowned production and marketing company based in Atlanta is bringing its popular Milk + Cookies Festival to South Africa for the first time. They announced that beloved by DJ and producer KAYTRANADA will be the headliner. Set for January 5 and January 11, 2025, the festival will take place in Cape Town at the Cape Town Ostrich Ranch and in Johannesburg at Old Park Station. The South African debut of Milk + Cookies marks the company’s first international expansion, offering more fans to this unique immersive cultural and musical experience.

Milk + Cookies Festival South Africa is the main event of the larger Milk + Cookies Music Week, running from December 31, 2024, to January 11, 2025. This 11-day celebration will include concerts, yacht parties, fashion pop-ups, and brunch mixers. It’s designed to foster creative exchanges between U.S. and African artists. Alongside live performances, the music week will also emphasize artist development, providing workshops, networking opportunities, and creative panels inspired by the success of the inaugural ATL Music Week. Milk + Cookies’ expansion to South Africa builds on its success with high-profile artists and brands, including Kendrick Lamar and Porsche, establishing it as a premier cultural platform.

“We’re incredibly honored to host the Milk + Cookies Festival in South Africa. This isn’t just about putting on a show; it’s about immersing ourselves in the culture, learning from it, and contributing to it,” said a spokesperson for Milk & Cookies.

They aim to honor South Africa’s vibrant cultural and music scene, with a lineup that blends local talent with international stars like KAYTRANADA. Since its founding in 2009 by Morehouse College alumni, Milk and Cookies has become a respected name in live event production. Their approach, focused on authenticity and community, promises to bring together South African and international audiences for an unforgettable experience.

Presale opens Monday, Nov. 4. Fans should sign up for early access to tickets here. Tickets officially go on sale Wednesday, Nov. 6. Be sure to follow @milkcookiesfest on social media for festival updates.
