“Mamala” is making a comeback! Maya Rudolph will return to Saturday Night Live this fall to reprise her Emmy-winning portrayal of Vice President Kamala Harris. Deadline has learned that the start of pre-production for Season 3 of Rudolph’s Apple TV+ comedy series “Loot,” originally set for August 26, has been postponed. Sources reveal that the cast and crew were notified earlier this week that the delay is due to scheduling adjustments. “Loot,” which Rudolph headlines and executive produces, has been a significant project for her, showcasing her talents beyond SNL.
