It’s been a turbulent ride the past two years for actor Jonathan Majors: Once labeled the next big film star, he’s seen controversy from his romantic life put a screeching halt on his rise among the ranks of Hollywood.

His domestic case not only saw him in and out of court, but it also cost him major film opportunities. Fortunately, he had someone in his corner during the whole ordeal. And that person is Meagan Good. The pair stood together during the trial, public backlash and now, as Majors looks toward the future, it seems he has no problem letting the world know that he’s got nothing but love for the leading lady in his life.

Last month, Majors finally broke his silence on losing the top villain role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Majors, who was set to lead as Kang the Conqueror, is being replaced due to ongoing legal issues. This decision has led Marvel Studios to make a bold move by casting Robert Downey Jr., best known for his role as Tony Stark/Iron Man, as the new villain, Doctor Doom.

The actor told TMZ he felt crushed over the losing the part.

“I’m heartbroken… I love him, I love Kang,” Majors said, clearly still invested in his former role.
